As part of our preseason questionnaires, we granted Central Indiana volleyball coaches anonymity for the purposes of answering a few questions. Here's today's:

∎ What do you enjoy most about coaching high school volleyball ?

"This may sound cliché, but I love the relationships that we get to build with the players. We invest so much time and energy into them and their success (not just in volleyball but also in life), and being a coach is truly so rewarding in that aspect. I've been coaching long enough now to see several players graduate and witness their achievements after high school. The bond between a coach and a player lasts long after the four years of high school, and I love having the opportunity to mentor and build up the next generation."
