CLEVELAND — Some of rock and roll's biggest names have united to honor one of Cleveland's most influential bands in a tribute album that's generating excitement among music fans and industry insiders alike.

"Play On: A Raspberries Tribute (Think Like A Key)" features an impressive roster of artists covering songs by the Cleveland-based power pop pioneers, including Rick Springfield , Lou Gramm of Foreigner, and Vicki and Debbi Peterson of the Bangles. The double CD set, scheduled for release on Sept. 12, contains every song the Raspberries ever recorded in the studio.
