Homes Under the Hammer took an unexpected turn when host Dion Dublin ventured to Greater Manchester to view a "gem" property in the market town of Ramsbottom .
On the repeat episode that aired on Wednesday (August 27), Dion hadn't even made it into the three bedroom home before he spotted a rare "bonus" feature. Excited about the area and the rural offering it had, Dion pointed out a woodland area that was directly opposite the house he was about to visit.
Speaking to camera, he said: "The property I am about to see has that woodland across the road," he pointed showcasing it was literally a stone throw away. Dion added: "Now that is a bonus, walks on tap, let me tell you." READ MORE: Homes Under the Hammer host astounded by £40k home with 'massive' selling point READ MOR
