A Farmington Hills woman whose in-home child care facility was shut down by the state is facing charges over a family dispute in Detroit in which she allegedly shot her nephew, producing nonfatal injuries.

Keisha Anne Wade, 48, is charged with assault with intent to murder, assault with intent to do great bodily harm, discharge of a firearm in a building causing injury, carrying a weapon with unlawful intent and four counts of using a firearm during a felony, according to a release from Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy.

At a preliminary exam held Aug. 15 in Wayne County Circuit Court, she was bound over for trial.

She was arraigned July 25 in 36th District Court before Magistrate Delphia Burton and received a $150,000 personal bond.
