ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - It’s been one week since a suspect in Gwinnett County was released on bond after police said he was using a cellphone to record up people’s skirts at a Suwanee Walmart. Jae Ross, 24, was arrested on Aug. 17 and released on bond just two days later.

One of those women is speaking out.

Fileza, who only wanted to use her first name, said what happened is affecting every area of her life — from how she shops to the clothes she wears.

“I just felt like my heart racing. I felt very uneasy and a feeling like I’ve never felt before,” Fileza said about the days that followed the incident.
