New Airdrie boss Danny Lennon says he sees plenty of positives in the Diamonds squad he has taken over but admits he has spotted some negatives he wants to tweak now he is at the helm. ‌

As exclusively revealed by Lanarkshire Live Sport last night , the Championship side have chosen the former St Mirren and Clyde gaffer as Rhys McCabe's replacement and he is set to take charge of his first game on Saturday away to Arbroath. ‌

Lennon is taking the reins at the club for a second time, having been 'acting manager' for a short spell in 2016 when then-boss Eddie Wolecki Black suffered a stroke. ‌
