A 13-year-old boy is dead after the jet ski he and another teen were riding collided with a 25-foot boat on a river in North Carolina.

On Friday, Aug. 22, the 13-year-old, later identified by his family as Jack O’Neal, was on a jet ski that was operated by a 14-year-old boy when they were struck by a boat on the Pamlico River in Beaufort County.
