Detroit Cass Tech senior star Corey Sadler is dangerous when he has the ball in his hands, and just as dangerous for opponents when he is playing in the secondary. A dynamic playmaker, Sadler is The Detroit News' No. 1 player in the state for the 2025 season.

Sadler, 5-foot-10 and 185 pounds, was one of the best players in the state even when he was a freshman. Last season he joined Alex Graham in the secondary and was a standout receiver/running back, leading Detroit Cass Tech to its first Division 1 championship since 2016.
