A Rhode Island state prosecutor who was put on unpaid leave after she was captured on police body camera footage warning one of the officers who were arresting her on a trespassing charge that he was “gonna regret it,” has pleaded no contest.

Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Flanagan appeared in court Wednesday, according to NBC affiliate WJAR-TV. The no contest plea means she has agreed to take the penalty levied against her by the court, but is not providing a formal admission of guilt.

Effective Monday, Flanagan is on unpaid leave for six months. It all stemmed from her Aug. 14 trespassing arrest outside of a restaurant in Newport, the state attorney general, Peter Neronha, said Tuesday.
