SYRACUSE, New York (WWNY) - A former U.S. Border Patrol agent is going to prison for making women expose their breasts to him while processing their admission into the United States.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said 53-year-old Shane Millan of Jefferson County was sentenced on Wednesday to 12 months in federal prison.

Millan pleaded guilty in March to two misdemeanor counts of deprivation of rights under color of law.

Prosecutors said Millan, as a U.S. Border Patrol agent, virtually processed women for admission into the country.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said he commanded the women to expose their bare chests to him via webcam.
