How much will the Miami Dolphins be paying Matthew Judon to go after the quarterback this year? It’s a complicated issue.

According to NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe , Judon is heading to Miami on an incentive-laden deal that includes a number of clauses that could bump his pay up to $6 million.

According to Wolfe, Judon will earn a base salary of $1.5 million along with a $500,000 roster bonus. He will also receive a total of $1 million in in-game bonuses (about $58,000 per game).

The former New England Patriots star also has $500,000 in incentives if he hits 59% playing time, 65% playing time, seven sacks, 10 sacks, a Pro Bowl and plays 65% of snaps for a playoff team/top-20 defense.
