The Thursday Murder Club movie is finally arriving on Netflix, but will the film adaptation of Richard Osman’s novel get a sequel?

Released in cinemas across the UK on Friday (August 22), the crime caper will be available to stream around the world on Thursday (August 28).

Based on the 2020 novel by the BBC star, The Thursday Murder Club follows a group of pensioners in a Kent care home who try their luck at solving the mystery of a property developer’s murder.

Despite the police force adamant they don’t need their help, stars Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, Ben Kingsley and Celia Imrie's characters are determined to get to the bottom of what happened.
