Video: Oral health continues to be a challenge in Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Representatives of a Little Rock-based dental practice are teaming up with area dentists to provide a Free Dental Day in September.

Arkansas Family Dental will host the event beginning at 7 a.m. on Sept. 26. Anyone 18 and over will be able to choose from a cleaning, extraction or filling on a first-come, first-served basis.

Organizers said that those waiting can enjoy a variety of games, drawings, giveaways, food and drinks.

Event representatives emphasized that parking is only available in the lot directly behind the Rave movie theater, located at 18 Colonel Glenn Plaza Dr. The event location is a short walk away at Arkansas Family Dental, they said, at 13600 David O. Dodd Rd.
