Pappas is a 1-year-old male gray and white Pit Bull Terrier dog, weighing approximately 60 pounds, and is available for adoption at the Lompoc Animal Center, 1501 West Central Ave.
Center staff describe Pappas as a "pocket pittie," compact, strong, and endlessly huggable, with classic puppy energy. Pappas is a happy, affectionate pup who wants to be by his owner's side.
Adoption fees include his neuter, microchipping, vaccinations, flea treatment, and a health and wellness exam.
Members of the public can stop by between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday to meet Pappas, or make an appointment to meet any of the available animals by calling the shelter at 833-422-8413 or visiting countyofsb.org/phd/animal/petsearch.sbc
