WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) - A 33-year-old Watertown woman is facing charges for allegedly leaving three children at home alone.
According to the Watertown Police Department, Jessica Ezell was arrested on Tuesday for endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest.
Watertown PD said that a Department of Social Services worker went to meet with Ezell, but she was not at the Bronson Street residence.
Police allegedly said that children ages three, four and six were inside the residence alone. Authorities weren't sure of how long the children were left unsupervised or where Ezell was.
Officers arrested her at her home, where she allegedly struggled with them and was placed in handcuffs.
