A Bolingbrook man accused of making unauthorized videos using cameras hidden in a Naperville business’ restrooms has been arrested on felony charges.

Naperville police say Erick Palacios, 47, of the 600 block of Kingsbrooke Crossing, allegedly used two electronic devices to take videos and photographs of multiple victims between January and March at the Title Boxing Club, 4003 Plainfield-Naperville Road.

An employee found the recording equipment on March 22, according to a news release. A police investigation identified Palacios, a gym member, as a suspect and executed a search warrant at his home, where they seized “electronic devices allegedly containing videos and photographs of multiple victims taken from the cameras,” the release said.
