ATHENS, Ga. — It's safe to say that University of Georgia student-athletes will be well-fed for the rest of the school year.

That's because of a new partnership that was announced between Chipotle and UGA on Wednesday. All student-athletes will receive a customized card that grants them free Chipotle for the remainder of their respective athletic seasons through the 2025-2026 school year, the restaurant chain announced.

Chipotle also announced that it is teaming up with the University of Florida and The Ohio State University to provide free food for the rest of the school year to their respective student-athletes.

The customized card will grant every scholarship and walk-on student athlete at all three universities one free entrée each week for nearly four months. Credit: Chipotle
