CINCINNATI —

Cincinnati police Officer Thomas Back was arrested on one count of domestic violence after a 911 call and a partial license plate number led Fairfield Township police to his home. The alleged incident occurred Monday evening on State Route Four near Bridgewater Falls in Fairfield Township.

Back, a veteran officer, is accused of engaging in a physical confrontation with his girlfriend in what police described as a "rolling domestic." A woman driving on the busy road called 911, reporting, "We kind of stopped because there was a domestic violence situation going on the side of the road." She further described seeing a car pull off into a grassy area, saying, "I saw a car pull off really far, like, 30 feet off to the right. There's, like, a grassy area." Advertisement
