JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — One of the six arrested for the murder of 7-year-old Breon Allen has now been tied to a third murder.

In addition to Breon's death, Dannel Larkins was also charged with the April 2024 death of Valondia Norris five months ago. Thursday, he was charged with the shooting death of 31-year-old Kenneth Glover Jr.

Four of the men arrested, including Larkins, were linked to Jacksonville gang 6Block -- which famously was affiliated with local rapper Foolio, who was shot to death in June 2024. Before his death, Foolio was interlocked in an ongoing feud with Jacksonville rapper Yungeen Ace, whom court documents say is the namesake of rival gang ATK ('Aces Top Killers'). Glover Jr. also had links to ATK.
