ORLANDO, Fla. (WCJB) - Gov. Ron DeSantis announced plans to subpoena local government employees in Orange County over allegations they obstructed the Florida DOGE task force’s investigation.

In a press conference on Wednesday, the governor made the announcement with state CFO Blaise Ingoglia. They say employees with knowledge of the efforts to obstruct will be subpoenaed.

DeSantis claims state DOGE members found irregularities in county records during on-site visits that raised red flags.
