CLEVELAND — Case Western Reserve University has lifted a previous shelter-in-place order that was put in place due to what the Ohio State Highway Patrol now confirms was an "officer-involved shooting" on the edge of campus Wednesday afternoon.
The university gave an "all clear" on their official social media accounts saying that multiple suspects who fled onto the campus had been apprehended by police. In a statement, OSHP said the shooting involving its troopers occurred near Tomlinson Hall on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, but did not provide any details regarding suspects.
