DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- With all eyes on Ohio State-Texas Saturday and then the kickoff of the NFL season next week, agencies want to make sure people are placing bets safely so betting doesn’t overtake their bank accounts.

Hollywood Gaming at the Dayton Raceway is anticipating a busy weekend because of the Buckeyes-Longhorns game. They want to remind people that, regardless of how excited you may be to place the bet, you should do so only within your means.

ADAMHS, as well as other agencies in the Miami Valley, will be setting up tables inside the casino throughout September to assist people who may need help with gambling addiction.
