Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yván Gil reported on a telephone conversation he held with his Brazilian counterpart, Mauro Vieira, this Wednesday.
"In our conversation, I explained in detail the aggression plans facing Venezuela and all of Latin America and the Caribbean, with the presence of military vessels and even a nuclear submarine, in open violation of the Zone of Peace proclaimed by CELAC in 2014 and the 1967 Treaty of Tlatelolco, a threat never before seen in our region," he explained after a post on his digital profiles.
