Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) services are expected to be disrupted from Sept. 9 to 11 due to a strike by its drivers.

The Canadian Union of Public Employees, which represents 714 bus drivers on the network, announced Wednesday afternoon that it had filed a strike notice for Sept. 9, 10, and 11.

According to the union’s press release, it is essentially discussions about compensation that are “stalling” the negotiations.

RTL bus drivers are currently negotiating their new collective agreement, as the previous one expired on Dec. 31.
