KANSAS CITY, Mo. —

The Huskers have arrived in Kansas City.

For the fifth time in the last six years, the team is leaving Nebraska to kick off its football season.

KETV Sports is in KC with the latest from the team at Arrowhead Stadium.

One of the Chiefs executives, who helped organize this event, is an Omaha native.

Matt Kenny graduated from Creighton Prep and most of his family still calls Nebraska home.

He gave KETV some insight on what to expect at Thursday's game.
