Tommy DeVito has a new home.

The former Giants backup quarterback has been claimed off waivers by the New England Patriots, according to ESPN .

DeVito was waived by New York on Tuesday as they made their 53-man roster cuts.

In New England, DeVito will join a quarterback room that features starter Drake Maye and backup Josh Dobbs.

According to NFL Network , the Patriots made a run for DeVito in 2023 before he signed with the Giants.

DeVito made 12 appearances (eight starts) for the Giants since signing as an undrafted free agent out of Syracuse. He’s 3-5 as a starter and has thrown for 1,358 yards with eight touchdowns and three interceptions.
