Spotify is rolling out a new direct messaging feature that allows users to share music directly within the app.
Instead of sending song or podcast links through text messages or other apps, users can now connect and share music directly with friends and family on Spotify.
Launching this week, the feature will be available for users aged 16 and older in select markets on mobile devices.
Users can decide whether to accept or reject message requests. Additionally, they have the option to block specific accounts from messaging them.
This new feature aims to enhance the music sharing experience by keeping interactions within the Spotify app.
