Seven employees from the City of Winter Springs Parks and Recreation Department were honored for their quick thinking and swift actions that helped save two dogs from a house fire in Seminole County in late July.
"You not only helped with opening doors, getting people out, getting the homeowners out, but you also opened up the gates for us, allowing our crews to get water on the fire quicker," said Chief Matt Kinley, of the Seminole County Fire Department. Latest Forecast
