MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas (CW39) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert Shrader, 41, a former employee of Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center, on felony charges of Invasive Visual Recording.

Authorities were notified Friday, August 22, 2025, when hospital staff found hidden recording devices in two unisex restrooms. Detectives with the Major Crimes Unit, working with Memorial Hermann, identified Shrader as the suspect and gathered digital devices for further investigation.

Investigators said the cameras were hidden in ceiling tiles near exhaust fans inside one restroom across from the labor and delivery unit on the second floor. Another hidden camera was found in the Medical Surgical Unit on the third floor. Now, authorities are trying to figure out how long the
