SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Finally saw some sunshine on Wednesday after 4 days of some heavy rain due to a frontal boundary and plenty of tropical moisture. That front is slowly moving out and fading away.
That will keep our rain chances low for the next couple of days as high pressure builds in from the north. There will still be a few showers or scattered thunderstorms but not nearly as much as we have seen lately.
We will start to see some of the moisture move back in on Saturday bringing the rain chances back up to more typical summer like percentages, 50%. They will be scattered about with mainly inland storms developing along the sea breeze front and moving inland.
More moisture will be in place on Sunday and Monday increasing our rain chances to 60%. Those will be more of our typica
