WATFORD CITY, N.D. (KFYR) - UPDATE (8/27/2025 at 7:35 p.m.): Watford City Police reported around 7:30 p.m. that Steven Coughlin has been located safe and is in touch with his family.

ORIGINAL STORY (8/27/2025 at 3:45 p.m.): A 50-year-old man is missing, according to the Watford City Police Department.

Police say Steven Coughlin has not been seen or heard from since June.

Coughlin is 5′11″ and about 180 lbs. He could be driving a white 1998 Ram 1500 with a black grill and the ND license plates 935EAY.

Police say he could be in the Williston or Minot area.
