MARSHFIELD, Mass. —

A pickup truck struck a boat before flopping into the water when it was accidentally driven off a Massachusetts pier on Sunday, and the whole incident was recorded on video.

According to a police report, the driver said he was backing up to offload bait onto a fishing boat when it happened.

"He accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake, launching his dad's truck in the air, striking the Town of Marshfield boom, his father's boat before landing in the water," police wrote.
