Team USA captain Keegan Bradley could have selected himself to play in the Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black next month and no one would have blamed him.
After all, he is No. 11 in the Ryder Cup rankings and has been playing some of the best golf of his career as of late.
However, instead, Bradley chose Justin Thomas (No. 7), Collin Morikawa (No. 8), Ben Griffin (No. 9), Cameron Young (No. 14), Patrick Cantlay (No. 15) and Sam Burns (No. 16) as his six captain’s picks to compete against Europe at the Ryder Cup, alongside the six automatic qualifiers.
