A man wanted in connection with the 2020 murder of a toddler found beaten to death in Ohio was arrested Wednesday morning in Framingham, police said .
Dioblis Williams, 25, was arrested by a Framingham Police officer around 8:30 a.m. on a warrant for homicide of a child by the U.S. Marshals Service, Framingham Police Department said in a Facebook post.
The Framingham officer was on his way to attend a briefing to serve a warrant for Williams, who was believed to be in the city. The officer noticed a pair of individuals walking, one wearing a wig, and realized the man wearing the wig was Williams.
“Officers observed the individual and came to the determination that the individual wearing the wig was indeed the male that the USMS and VFAS were intending to arrest,” police said.
