Minnesota shooter legally bought guns used in attack, police say

Authorities in Minnesota say 23-year-old Robin Westman opened fire Wednesday on a crowd of people as they prayed inside a church at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis. The shooting left two children -- ages 8 and 10 -- dead and injured at least 17 others, most of them children.
