SILVER CREEK, Mich. (WNDU) - One person was injured in a two-vehicle car crash Wednesday morning in Silver Creek Township.
The crash happened just before 11:30 a.m. on Dixon Street near Indian Lake Road, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
Police investigated the crash.
According to the investigation, 66-year-old Patrick Robbins was driving eastbound on Dixon Street when he turned towards Silver Creek Township Hall and failed to yield to oncoming traffic.
His vehicle was struck by 27-year-old Jacyln Gillenwater who was driving in the westbound lane.
Robbin’s passenger 64-year-old Tammy Robbins was transported by SMCAS Ambulance to Borgess Lee Hospital for injuries.
SMCAS Ambulance and Sister Lakes Fire Department responded to the scene.
