ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Fourteen businesses and non-profits in the Rochester area were recognized for fostering inclusive environments at the 4th Annual Inclusive Leadership Ceremony on Wednesday night.

The event, organized by the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, celebrated organizations where individuals feel they have a 'seat and a say,' emphasizing a sense of belonging.

"This is one of our favorite events every year. It's such a great energy in the room," said Xander Rohring, Greater Rochester Chamber Director of Marketing and Communications. "I think the people here really feel passionately about the subject matter and I think there's such a collective feeling that we're stronger together at this event."
