WASHINGTON, D.C. – Not all Republicans share President Donald Trump’s distain for green energy innovations.

“I will continue working to ensure that Utah companies – and all American innovators – have the certainty and opportunity they need to deliver the future we all want,” according to Sen. John Curtis (R-UT).

Utah’s junior senator has repeatedly stated that future – one with “affordable, reliable, clean energy rooted in American ingenuity” – must be powered by a full range of energy sources, including wind and solar options.

Curtis is apparently unafraid to express opinions about energy policy that differ from those of most Republicans here on Capitol Hill and even those of Trump himself.
