Jessica Tuomela is showing off the Olympic ring she received for being part of the Canadian Paralympic team that will be competing in Australia in October. Her mother, Sophia, also received a ring. She will be her daughter’s guide during the competition.

Four months of renovations have wrapped up at Churchill Plaza A&P. The multi-million dollar project saw the grocery store increase from 29,600 to 41,000 square feet. Several new departments, including gourmet meats and housewares, have been added.
