MURRAY – After being arrested for the third time in four months for an indecent exposure charge, a Murray man agreed Wednesday to enter a program at an out-of-town addiction treatment facility.
Charles Maupin, 57, of Murray, was arrested on Aug. 6 on a charge of second-degree indecent exposure (Class B misdemeanor) and resisting arrest (Class A misdemeanor). According to a news release from the Murray Police Department, an MPD sergeant was patrolling the south side of Murray when he observed a male naked outside of his residence. The sergeant noticed that the male, identified as Maupin, was “engaged in a sexual act outside and visible to the public.”
