We’ve had a nice stretch of cooler mornings, lower humidity & fall-like conditions, but that’s about to change. This morning, temperatures are mainly in the 60s, and the sky is mostly cloudy.
THE NEXT 24 HOURS: Our eyes are on a disturbance that will move in from the northwest.
The sky will remain mostly cloudy today, and a few light showers may sneak into the western half of the state this afternoon and get close to the Interstate 65 corridor this evening. Temperatures will stay comfortable, topping out in the upper 70s west and low to mid-80s east along I-65.
Overnight, showers will linger into early Friday morning, and temperatures will fall into the 60s.
