A Glasgow councillor has been chosen as a MSP candidate for next year's Scottish Parliament elections.
Eunis Jassemi, 31, will contest the Glasgow Anniesland seat, which is currently held by the SNP's Bill Kidd who is stepping down.
Mr Jassemi currently represents the Victoria Park ward and is the only Glasgow City councillor to be selected by Labour for Holyrood.
If elected in 2026, he promises to fight for the NHS, housing and good jobs.
