RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Downtown Raleigh Alliance is releasing its annual State of Downtown Raleigh report.
Those findings will be presented at an event held at the Martin Marietta Center this afternoon, providing details of how the area is growing .
Downtown was severely impacted in 2020 by the pandemic, but has seen a revitalization in the years since with more storefronts and apartment buildings.
Some projects drawing attention include hotel construction, new storefronts, and strategies to increase tourism.
