GARDEN CITY, Ga. (WTOC) - One man is custody and charged with aggravated child molestation and statutory rape by the Garden City Police Department after a 16-year-old’s father reported him to the police.

According to the arresting documents, the man, 22-year-old Victoriano Rax-Coc, is now on an ICE hold.

Police records show that on August 8, 2023, a man met with the Garden City Police Department and advised them his 16-year-old daughter had been sexually assaulted.

According to the man, his daughter informed him she met a male friend on social media and they had been communicating for over 3 months.

She further stated the unknown male friend and herself had been sexually active with one another.
