CLAREMONT, the Bronx (PIX11) --- A Bronx man is accused of killing his building super and shooting two other neighbors during a fight at the complex on Wednesday morning, authorities said Thursday.
Jimmy Avila, 44, was arrested and charged with murder, attempted murder, and criminal possession of a weapon, according to the NYPD.
Avila is accused of fatally shooting Ryan Hines, 37, in the chest, a 62-year-old man in the arm, and a 59-year-old man in the buttocks inside 1412 College Ave. in Claremont at around 8:30 a.m., police said.
Hines was the building's super, and sources said the fight ignited over access to the complex backyard.
