TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - As kids head back to school and parents juggle busy routines, finding time to exercise can feel nearly impossible.

According to the American College of Sports Medicine, the busier and older we get, the more likely we are to become physically inactive, increasing the risk of chronic health problems, stress and low energy.

Staying active doesn’t require a gym membership or a full hour of free time. Ben Lober, a Certified Personal Trainer at Workout Anytime gym says short, creative workouts can go a long way, even if it’s just 15 minutes or during commercial breaks.
