On Friday, New Orleans and the metro area commemorate the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, which struck Aug. 29, 2005. Here are events planned today.

K20: BROADMOOR RISES: A day of remembrance, reflection and renewal till be held from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., at Broadmoor Arts & Wellness Center, 3900 Gen. Taylor St. in New Orleans.
