IOWA CITY — Seth Anderson’s second year at Iowa did not go to plan.
As offensive coordinator Tim Lester began his process of jumpstarting the Hawkeyes’ offense the former Charleston Southern transfer, a Big South Offensive Freshman of the Year in his lone season with the Buccaneers, struggled to get on the field.
Anderson did not see game action until week seven, but missed a week eight contest against Michigan State. Then, he appeared in the final five regular season games before missing the 2024 Music City Bowl.
Entering his senior season, the Suwanee, Georgia native is prepared to put his injury issues behind him and become an impact player for an improved Iowa offense.
And, he can hardly contain his excitement to get back on the field.
