Houses still planned for course, but fewer than originally proposed
Starfire Golf Club co-owners Dave Ashton and Jeff Lundgren have a plan for the course, and no, it’s not to pave over it completely and put up houses everywhere.
The two want to replace invasive weeds on the course with Bermuda grass as well as create a new six-hole, par three course for kids and a new putting course (that will be free to use once it’s done by mid-October).
“I see all these kids and stuff (on the course) and it’s super cool.
