Two people have been arrested by police as the search for alleged cop killer Dezi Freeman continues into its fourth day.
In a fresh update last night, multiple reports claimed dozens of police were seen escorting people on Chandler Street, Porepunkah on Thursday night.
Several people were searched and a loudspeaker blared the instruction to “come out with nothing in your hands” as police swooped on a particular property, which is understood to be linked to a family member of Freeman.
The accused, Freeman, remains on the run following the fatal shooting of two police officers - Detective Leading Senior Constable Neal Thompson and Senior Constable Vadim De Waart - and serious injury to a third on Tuesday.
Victoria Police revealed on Friday a 42-year-old woman and a 15-year-old boy had be
